Anne Williams Dias and Ruma Rao
Anne Williams Dias, is a seasoned HR professional with three decades of corporate experience. In her last corporate role, she was Head of HR with a growing housing finance company. As part of her corporate journey, she has managed large teams – across geographies, genders, age groups, ethnicities, and culture, being a coach, and mentor and leading towards the development of careers. WithAWill© to contribute and pay back, beyond work, she pursued a formal coaching education, and as an entrepreneur and full time Coach specializes in areas of career enhancement, team management, leadership essentials, and self-development.
Ruma Rao is a Human Resources specialist and an Executive Coach, with over 22 years of experience in the corporate sector. In her last corporate stint, she was leading Culture, D&I, CSR and Business Excellence at Tata Consumer Products. She has also been a part of the Tata Group Human Resources team where she was responsible for driving Diversity and Inclusion at the group level. Before moving to HR, she has worked in business roles managing projects and client engagements across markets.
She is an alumnus of Lady Sriram College and IIFT Delhi.
