Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Trust”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Policy) refers to ICF Mumbai Charter Chapter, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Order refers to a request by You to subscribe to a Membership or participation in an event.
- Website refers to ICF Mumbai Charter Chapter, accessible from www.icfmumbai.com.
- You refers to the individual placing an Order on the Website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
MEMBERSHIP
The ICF Mumbai Charter Chapter membership (Members and Affiliates) is a non-tangible product; therefore, we do not issue refunds once membership is subscribed to and paid for.
EVENTS
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 10 days before the event.
In case of your need to cancel your registration, please send an email to [email protected].
We will reimburse you within 30 days after the event completion. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made.
