Emma Noguchi is passionate about unleashing potential in leaders so they can bring their teams to the next level of performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
After a short career as a Lawyer and working in Advertising, she became a Coach and a Management Consultant to focus on People and Culture in organisations. With her deep intuition and ability to sense “what is not said” Emma works with C-Suite clients to unearth unhelpful stories and start creating new, more empowering identities.
She also works with teams to foster psychological safety and higher level of trust. She’s known to be very versatile, very caring and committed to supporting her clients to get to the truth of what really matters for them.
Her current venture is a Coaching Institute to train and certify professional managers in coaching skills. When not working, Emma loves travelling, hiking, and playing in the metaverse virtual reality. She wants to bring the magic of coaching there too.
