Dr. Catherine Carr is a Master Corporate Executive Coach, Team Coach, and Supervisor with over 25 years of experience. She has worked extensively in the public and not-for-profit sectors, advancing team coaching through her early doctorate research. Catherine has co-authored influential books, including High Performance Team Coaching, and holds certifications in various psychometric assessments. Currently, she leads Systemic Team Coaching for North America, co-leads team coaching supervision training, and is developing a team coaching program for India. Based in Victoria, Canada, she continues to support meaningful contributions to society through her work.
