About the Speaker
Ujjaval is a global executive leadership coach, practicing for the last 11 years and a proud member of the ICF Mumbai Chapter. He believes that masterful coaching is more within the striking distance than most coaches think. The pathway to mastery in coaching is through inner mastery. Apart from coaching senior leaders, teams and org systems, Ujjaval has experimented with coaching in different setups like ‘transfer of power’ in family owned enterprises as well as large corporations, coaching at the grassroots of socio-economic strata and coaching for facilitating change in social systems. Those who know him well, sometimes get tired of his dad jokes, however they still love him for adding some laughter ‘in the moment’!
